The Art of Science studio is headed by Carin L. Cain. Carin received her Masters of Science in Biomedical Communications from the University of Toronto in Ontario, Canada. She has been working in the field of medical and scientific illustration for 10 years. Her passion and inquisitiveness for the life sciences fuels her desire and ability to create didactic illustrations. Carin feels that the facet of medical and scientific illustration is a necessary force in facilitating communication between lay audiences and the medical and scientific communities.
